I visited Sharayu Hyundai for enquiry regarding the Hyundai Creta King. The staff were polite, cooperative, and took time to explain the vehicle features and options. Customer interaction was professional and helpful. However, the showroom had limited inventory of the latest Creta variants, which made it difficult to evaluate the available options properly. In addition, the offers and discounts were not very competitive compared to expectations. Overall, the staff experience was good, but improving stock availability and providing better promotional offers would significantly enhance the customer experience.
